Return Policy

1. Introduction

This Return Policy describes your rights and our procedures for returning products and obtaining refunds when you purchase from us. It applies to orders placed through the website slozarindrozelon.world and should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Your right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Finnish consumer law.

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
  • We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).
  • If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
  • You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
  • You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will inform you of the amount of the estimated cost of return if we are able to calculate it, or of the fact that we cannot pre-calculate it.
  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In practice, you may open the packaging and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it (e.g. try one capsule). If you use the product beyond that (e.g. use a significant part of the contents), we may deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the diminished value, or we may require you to pay compensation for the diminished value, in accordance with applicable law.

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under EU and Finnish consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. sealed bottles or blister packs that you have opened). In such cases, we may refuse a return unless the goods are defective. If our products are supplied in sealed packaging, we will inform you before you place your order that by unsealing you may lose the right of withdrawal, or we will provide clear information on the product or order page.
  • Goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Perishable goods.

For food supplements such as HerbaVasc Balance supplied in sealed containers: once you break the seal and use the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning, your right of withdrawal may be lost in accordance with the law. If the product is defective or does not conform to the contract, your statutory rights (e.g. right to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination) remain unaffected.

4. How to return products

To return products under this policy:

  1. Notify us: Send us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw (e.g. by email to team@slozarindrozelon.world or by post to the address above). You can use the model form in section 6. Include your name, order number (if you have one), and the product(s) you are returning.
  2. Pack the goods: Pack the product(s) securely to prevent damage in transit. If possible, use the original packaging. Include a copy of your withdrawal notice or order confirmation inside the parcel.
  3. Send the parcel: Send the goods to the address above (Stenbäckinkatu 9, 00290 Helsinki, Finland) using a traceable method. You are responsible for the cost of return and for the risk of loss or damage until we receive the goods. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
  4. Refund: Once we have received the goods and verified that they meet the conditions for return, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (or within 14 days of receiving the goods back, if we had withheld reimbursement until then). The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the order, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.

5. Defective or non-conforming goods

If the goods are defective or do not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product, damaged, or not as described), you have statutory rights under consumer law. These may include the right to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract (and full refund). Please contact us as soon as you discover the defect or non-conformity. We may ask you to provide photos or a short description. In case of a valid claim, we will cover the cost of returning the defective goods and will send a replacement or refund you in accordance with the law. This Return Policy does not limit your statutory rights in relation to defective goods.

6. Model withdrawal form

You may use the form below to notify us of your withdrawal. Completion and submission of this form is optional; any clear statement of withdrawal (e.g. by email) is sufficient.

7. Business customers

If you are not a consumer (e.g. you are ordering in the course of your business), the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. Returns may be accepted at our discretion and subject to separate agreement. Please contact us to discuss any return. Defective or non-conforming goods will be handled in accordance with applicable commercial law and any agreement between us.
